![]() ![]() If the rule is for the planes to be GPL then why spend so much time on a plane that can't be used in events or have hours logged. Swampthing wrote in Wed 7:47 am:Well you still don't get it. Do you think Thorsten will let it in as a Frankenstein? Why not let the guys who were already getting started on it do it and then have it on FGaddon when its done. I find it very hard to believe that that will not be violated in anyway. The rest of us stuck to these rules all of these years for 2 reasons.ġ. OPRF compatible to us means you can use it in even't and get hours for flying it, this helps with rank for those who like having rank (rank is only symbolic).Jjust because you tweak some code and make a non legit plane that can shoot down a another OPRF plane does not mean its "OPRF Compatible" Or maybe I should say "OPRF Compliant" That's if we stick to the OPRF rules that have been pounded since day 1 if you wanted to develop an OPRF compliant plane. So unless the rules were change overnight without telling the rest of the admins, we will have a plane with a good FDM and eye candy from another sim but they will not be able to use it in an event. The OPRF pilots so hot for this plane will want to be able to use it in event. I'm going to stick to the original rules and that's simplify that. I would be happy to do whatever I can do so Richard would not be bother to with smaller things. Stick to our principles and do it right I say. What if I got done with the Jaguar or put it on hold and joined the project and then my 3D guy decided to help? There is really no point in this. I understand wanting to take the fast way out but we had guys doing 3D not long after I provided the manuals which got the project kick started again. It didn't bother me I gladly made sure everything was GPL. I had this told to me myself about the P-47D-30. Richard Posts: 810 Joined: Sun 11:17 pm Version: Git OS: Win10 We need your help for this project to become a reality. I'll be building the FDM.Īnyone who is willing and able to contribute should express interest here and we can then start to put together a project. This will be a fully combat capable aircraft to OPRF standards. My original plan was to try to get this built by myself but I simply haven't got enough spare time at the moment - with the current rate of progress it'll take me decades so I'm asking for help and looking for contributors to the project This is a great 3d model for both the interior and exterior as you can see from the images. "guruu" Gorski (and the rest of the SF2 Tornado team) have granted us the rights (NC-ND) to use a great 3d model for the Tornado from the STRIKE FIGHTERS 2, 'GUURUU' TORNADO under a CC-BY-NC-ND i.e. ![]()
